Position Overview: As a College Bible Fellowship Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Bible studies that encourage critical thinking, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of Christian faith and values.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Choose relevant Bible passages, themes, and topics to engage college students.
- Foster discussion, critical thinking, and personal reflection.
- Instructional Delivery:
- Teach engaging lessons.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate meaningful discussions.
- Provide guidance and support for students' spiritual and personal growth.
- Mentorship and Support:
- Offer spiritual guidance and mentorship to students seeking additional support.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for students to explore their faith.
- Be available for one-on-one consultations and discussions.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to Christian faith and values.
- A deep knowledge of the Bible, theology, and Christian doctrine.
- Previous experience teaching or leading Bible study groups, preferably with college students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Align with the mission, vision, and values of Temple Baptist Church.
